Hot-Dip Galvanizing

A durable and inexpensive corrosion protection is hot-dip galvanizing on steel. At this steel is immerged in a 450°C hot zinc melting. Hereby zinc and steel react to each other and form an Iron/Zinc-Alloy. Hot-dip galvanized surfaces are an optimal protection against wind and weather and mechanical stain.

A Hot-Dip zinc coat protects against corrosion up to 50 years and even when strongly strained the protection period is more then 25 years as a general rule.

In combination with our partners we offer you a wide range of surfaces for steel.
