Galvanic Zinc has experienced a rapid development in the past few years. Through the EU Regulations concerning recycling of old cars and the resulting new specificatons of the automotive industriy a multitude of new Cr(VI)-free surface variants have been developed.

We offer our customers Nanopassivation, a novel and already proven Cr(VI)-free coating system, beeing developped by means of nanotechnology. Hereby nano particles are integrated in the thick-layer passivation, stabilising the corrosion protective layer.

With Nanopassivation the VDA 233-101 requirements are met.

On top we offer organic and anorganic Cr(VI)-free sealings for various purposes.

By our technical sealings corrosion values can be further increased and frictional coefficients can be adjusted.

Further these are applied to prevent mixing up in logistics and assembly by colouring, or to meet decorative requirements.

Our technical sealings meet the demands of VDA (German associaton of automotive industry) as well.
